Make sure to include “VBC 2026” and the name(s) of the camper(s) you are paying for in the “memo” line of your e-transfer. This step is necessary for us to be able to match your e-transfer payment to your camper.

Early Bird E-transfer Rates available May 3rd to May 31st:

• $50 - Single Camper Early Bird Registration

• $100 - Two Campers Early Bird Registration

• $120 - Family (3 or more Campers) Early Bird Registration

Standard Registration E-transfer Rates from June 1st to June 15th:

• $60 - Single Camper Standard Registration

• $120 - Two Campers Standard Registration

• $150 - Family (3 or more Campers) Standard Registration

Due to extra fees from our 3rd party service to receive payment online, please note that there is a slightly higher rate to using this payment method versus using an e-transfer.

You will need to include the name(s) of the camper(s) that you are paying for in the “Camper Name(s)” field and the “Contact” field information provided at payment.
